Executive Director, Freedom House

Jennifer Windsor is the Executive Director of Freedom House. Before taking the position in 2001, she served as the Deputy Assistant Administrator, and then Director, of the Center for Democracy and Governance at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).
